Gabby Buckholt

Gabby is a rising senior at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point majoring in environmental science and management, with a minor in water resources. This summer marks her second year with the Burke Center, where she is working as a Research Assistant on the communications team. She is very excited to continue to gain experience in science communications as well as continue working on the Burke Center’s work on the Turtle-Flambeau Flowage and Dragonfly Mercury Project. She hopes to use this experience in her future career in science communications and outreach. Gabby spends her spare time kayaking, rockhounding, reading books, or putting together puzzles.
