Integrated Ecosystem Management

Effective management of freshwater and terrestrial ecosystems is dependent on an understanding of how human activities and values intersect with the environmental processes that sustain natural resource integrity. Our work focuses on integrating approaches from the natural and social sciences to conduct and develop integrated assessments and management plans for freshwater and terrestrial ecosystems, as well as implementing restoration projects to restore and enhance the natural functions of these ecosystems.
